I’d never really thought about where Garfield’s style of humor might have come from; for some reason, Rodney Dangerfield’s embattled, slacker, life-around-me-is-crazy take sprang to mind. ^ _^ Heck even his voice is sort of similar to some of Garfield’s cartoon incarnations. And there’s the slight similarity of name. ; )
